This Privacy Policy explains how GrowHigh (operated by TeamOB / the GrowHigh service at growhigh.teamob.io) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our website and application (the “Service”).
By using GrowHigh, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who we are
GrowHigh is a multi-channel outreach and inbox platform that helps teams connect LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, Gmail, and related channels to manage conversations, campaigns, and leads.

2. Information we collect
2.1 Account information
- Name, email address, and profile details you provide when you register or sign in (including Google sign-in for GrowHigh login, where enabled).
- Workspace membership and role information.
2.2 Connected communication accounts
When you connect a provider account (for example Gmail, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, or Microsoft), we receive credentials/tokens and related metadata needed to operate the Service on your behalf. Depending on the channel and permissions you grant, this may include:
- Account identifiers, display names, and connection status.
- Messages, chats, emails (including subject, body, attachments metadata, senders/recipients), and related timestamps.
- Contacts, prospects, leads, lists, campaign data, and notes you create in GrowHigh.
- Posting and engagement data you choose to manage through the Service.
2.3 Usage and technical data
- Log data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and timestamps.
- Cookies or similar technologies needed for sessions, security, and basic product analytics.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve GrowHigh (inbox, campaigns, lists, posting, notifications, and related features).
- Send and receive messages/emails through connected accounts at your direction.
- Authenticate users, secure accounts, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues.
- Communicate service-related notices (for example connection status or security alerts).
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use Gmail message content to serve ads or for unrelated profiling.
4. Google / Gmail user data (Limited Use)
If you connect a Google or Gmail account, GrowHigh uses Google APIs only to provide the email and inbox features that you request inside the Service. GrowHigh’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4.1 Google data we access
Depending on the permissions you grant, GrowHigh may access and process the following Google user data:
- Your Gmail account identifier, email address, profile/display name, and connection status.
- Gmail messages and message metadata, including subject, sender, recipients, timestamps, labels/folders, thread identifiers, snippets, message body content, and attachment metadata.
- Drafts, sent messages, replies, labels, and mailbox state needed to sync conversations and send email at your direction.
- OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens needed to keep the Gmail connection working securely.
4.2 How we use Google data
We use Google user data only for user-facing GrowHigh features, including:
- Connecting your Gmail mailbox to GrowHigh.
- Displaying Gmail conversations in your GrowHigh inbox and syncing message status.
- Sending, replying to, and managing emails that you create, approve, schedule, or automate through GrowHigh.
- Running email campaigns, follow-ups, and reply tracking that you configure.
- Classifying inbound replies, drafting suggested responses, and notifying your team when a conversation needs attention.
- Troubleshooting delivery, connection, sync, or security issues.
4.3 What we do not do with Google data
- We do not sell Google user data.
- We do not use Gmail content or metadata for advertising, retargeting, or unrelated profiling.
- We do not use Gmail data to train general-purpose AI models.
- We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve user-facing GrowHigh features, comply with law, or protect the Service.
4.4 AI processing and human access
When you enable AI features, selected email content or conversation context may be processed to classify intent, draft replies, summarize conversations, or personalize outreach. These AI features are used only to provide GrowHigh functionality to you. Human access to Gmail content is restricted and occurs only when you ask us to help with support, when needed for security or abuse investigation, or when required by law.
4.5 Storage, security, and deletion
We store Google connection tokens and synced email data using access controls and other reasonable security safeguards. Gmail data is retained only while needed to provide the Service, maintain campaign/inbox history, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, or protect against abuse.
You can disconnect Google/Gmail at any time from GrowHigh Connections, and you can revoke access from your Google Account permissions. You may also request deletion of stored Google user data by contacting growhigh@teamob.co.in. After disconnection or deletion request, we will delete or de-identify Google user data unless retention is required for legal, security, billing, or legitimate operational reasons.
5. Service providers and third parties
We use trusted processors to operate the Service, which may include:
- Messaging and email connection providers used to link LinkedIn, Gmail, WhatsApp, and similar accounts.
- Hosting, database, and infrastructure providers.
- Email delivery and optional AI providers used for features you enable (for example content drafting).
These providers process data only to help us deliver the Service and are required to protect it appropriately.
6. Data retention
We retain account and workspace data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. Message/email content synced into GrowHigh may be retained according to product settings and operational needs. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us. Some records may be retained longer where required for security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
7. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information (including encrypted transport where applicable and access controls). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. Your rights and choices
- Access, update, or correct account profile information in the Service.
- Disconnect connected providers from Connections.
- Request export or deletion of personal data by emailing growhigh@teamob.co.in.
- Revoke Google access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws (for example access, correction, deletion, or restriction). Contact us to exercise those rights.
9. International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where we transfer data internationally, we take steps designed to ensure appropriate safeguards.
10. Children’s privacy
GrowHigh is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
