These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GrowHigh (the “Service”) operated at growhigh.teamob.io. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
GrowHigh provides tools for multi-channel outreach and communication management, including connecting third-party accounts (such as LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, and Gmail), managing inboxes, campaigns, lists, leads, and related automation features.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be able to form a binding contract and use the Service for legitimate business purposes.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
3. Connected accounts and third-party services
GrowHigh integrates with third-party platforms through technical providers and provider APIs. By connecting an account, you:
- Authorize GrowHigh (and its processors) to access and process data as needed to provide the features you use.
- Confirm you have the right to connect that account and grant those permissions.
- Agree to comply with each provider’s terms, policies, and acceptable-use rules (for example Google, LinkedIn, Meta/WhatsApp/Instagram, Telegram).
We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, rate limits, or account restrictions imposed by third-party providers.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for spam, harassment, fraud, phishing, or unlawful outreach.
- Violate applicable laws, including privacy, anti-spam, and marketing regulations.
- Attempt to bypass security, scrape the Service improperly, or disrupt operations.
- Upload or transmit malware or content you do not have rights to use.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when messaging others.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or create risk for the Service or other users.
5. Your content and data
You retain ownership of content and data you submit to GrowHigh (messages you send, lists, notes, campaign copy, etc.). You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

6. Intellectual property
GrowHigh, including its software, branding, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Service—only a limited right to use it as permitted.
7. Fees (if applicable)
If paid plans or usage-based fees apply, pricing and billing terms will be presented at purchase or in an order form. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE uninterrupted availability, delivery of every message/email, or that third-party integrations will remain available without change.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GROWHIGH AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR USD $100 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID FEES).
10. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify GrowHigh against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, your connected accounts, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or risk to the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and indemnity) will survive.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to TeamOB / the GrowHigh operator’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
