📌 Short version: GrowHigh plans are subscription-based and billed monthly or annually. We do not offer refunds on plan fees already charged. Credits included with your plan or purchased as top-ups are non-refundable once used. You can cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of the paid period.
1. Free trial
GrowHigh offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. During the trial you can use the platform with 100 included credits and one connected account. No charge is made unless you choose to upgrade to a paid plan.
2. Subscription plans
Paid plans (Starter, Growth, Pro, Scale) are billed on a monthly or annual cycle depending on the billing option you choose at checkout.
- All plan fees are charged in advance at the start of each billing cycle.
- Plan fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started, except where required by applicable law.
- Upgrading mid-cycle applies a prorated charge for the remainder of the current period. Downgrading takes effect at the next billing cycle.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. You will retain full access to your plan features until then.
- We do not charge early cancellation fees.
- After cancellation, your account reverts to a free/inactive state. Your data is retained for 30 days before deletion, giving you time to export.
4. Credits
GrowHigh uses a credit system for AI operations, enrichment, verification, and outreach actions.
- Included credits (provided with your plan) reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not carry over. Unused included credits are not refundable.
- Top-up credits (purchased separately) do not expire and carry over month to month. Top-up purchases are non-refundable once any credits from the pack have been used.
- If a top-up pack was purchased but zero credits have been consumed, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a refund consideration.
5. Annual plans
Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months at a discounted rate.
- Annual plan fees are non-refundable once the plan period has started.
- You may cancel an annual plan at any time; access continues until the end of the 12-month period.
- We do not offer prorated refunds for unused months on annual plans.
6. Exceptional circumstances
We may consider refunds or account credits in the following situations, evaluated on a case-by-case basis:
- A billing error or duplicate charge caused by a technical fault on our end.
- The service was completely unavailable for an extended period (more than 72 consecutive hours) due to our infrastructure failure.
- A new subscriber was charged immediately after signing up without being able to access the platform due to a verified technical issue.

7. Indian GST
All INR-denominated transactions attract 18% GST as applicable under Indian tax law. GST charged is not refundable except in cases where the original transaction is reversed due to a verified billing error.
